Location: Beipaio City, Chaoyang, Liaoning Province, China

Diagnosis: A primitive pterodactyloid pterosaur similar to Pteranodon. Unfused carpals, nearly straight deltopectoral crest of the humerus, metacarpal IV slightly longer than the ulna. (Lü & Zhang, 2005)
